You must first complete ACT 1 and capture the first FORTRESS of the game with BRUZ. This MISSION can only be done the first time you win this fight so if you have already got the skill point on this one you need to fast travel to another region and complete that one instead.

RIGHT AFTER YOU WIN go into your MENU/ARMY! Do not do anything else or you can stop it from working. After you are looking at your army, hover over your overlord and command him to switch places with another captain below him by hovering over that said captain and chose re-position.

After the switch completes press start, go to you character to see if it worked. Each time you switch your overlord with a captain on the lowest level the game will give you a free skill point UNLIMITED TIMES. This is a skill point exploit or farming method. In no way is this normal play, so if your trying to complete this game without cheats skip this.

The end game gets very grindy so even if you dont want to do this method now just bookmark this video and come back later I guess.
